Beginner training plan
Your first lessonPhase one: Communication is a healthy start for anything in life. We will start on the bench & have a chat about your goals, current skillset, and any worries you may have. Based on how the conversation goes, I’d pick one skill of yours to improve upon and one to master.
Lesson 11+Phase four: This is YOUR game! We are here to better you, and I think it’s time you call the shots! What do you feel you can improve upon? Do you have any doubts? Is there anything that you believe you cannot possibly accomplish? It’ll be a game of 100 questions, so bear with me, but my mission will be to debunk any myths you have made up about yourself! These practices will be more about you than ever before, because you will finally feel in touch with every part of yourself on the field. Mind, body, and spirit will be working in harmony to continue your success. I will be sure that we tackle ANYTHING you feel is necessary!!!
Lesson 4-10Phase three: A challenge is counterproductive without fun. I will be driven towards initiating your growth, and will present you with drills and teachings that may seem way outside of your comfort level—but here’s the catch, (pun not intended hahaha) we will make every tricky moment fun!
Lesson 2-3Phase two: Your confidence is the key to your success. Practices will begin with your comfort level, and I will begin to challenge you towards growth. This will allow you to show yourself that you CAN do great things the start of practice, and set a positive outlook for the rest of the practice.
