Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI would approach the first lesson with basic tee fundamentals to see where my players need improvement and where they are thriving in.
Lesson 2-3A fun and safe space, to grow and thrive in! I also love to work on the mental aspect of the game so towards the end of drills I will implement journal work to help the confidence and mental game of my players!
Lesson 4-10Fast pace drills and more routine work, along with hitting off my pitches, and implementing some ground work.
Lesson 11+You will expect a comforting and see effective progress with me! I want to make sure each player is getting the right amount of attention and support with what they want to improve on. It will be a fun and rewarding experience being coached by me and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for each and every player!
What you need to bringA Bat, a Glove, proper work out attire, cleats and or turf shoes
What I can bringI will provide a Bucket of Softballs, a Tee, a Net, Training cones, and Stretching Bands.
