Your first lessonFundamentals, basic catching and hitting skills.
Lesson 11+Advancements to live hitting
Lesson 4-10Fundamentals, Intermediate catching and hitting skills.
Additionally:
Base-running, in-field/outfield, hitting & catching offered as well.
Lesson 2-3Fundamentals, basic catching and hitting skills.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonSoftball: tee work, 1 handed tee drill, position work (including footwork)
Lesson 11+Softball: Defensive and offensive scenarios, position specific instruction.
Lesson 4-10Softball: live hitting, base-running, scenarios, bunting (can teach slap hitting if preferred)
Lesson 2-3Softball: base-running, soft toss fundamentals
Youth players
Working with kidsI have coached multiple youth sports, the younger the child the more focused on basic fundamentals. Ideally learning the initial mechanics of the game.
Working with teenagersSkill levels vary at this stage, the focus will depend on the advancement level of the student.
