Beginner training plan
Your first lessonStart with some small drills and footwork.
Lesson 11+We will work with situational defense, and whatever needed for client/ whatever they feel they need for practice or game play!
Lesson 4-10Full on distance with situations, footwork and speed, throwing full distance from any position.
Lesson 2-3To work from a distance with the ball in motion with drills and footwork lessons and throwing distance.
