Hello! My name is Emily, my players call me Coach ‘Em! I’ve been playing softball for as long as I can remember, and all forms; travel ball, high school ball, and in college! I played for 2 years at San Francisco State University as an Outfielder and Slapper. I’m a natural righty and know how to hit both on the left and right side! This past year I coached a high school softball and fell in love with coaching!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe would start by evaluating the students current skill level so I can understand your strengths and identify areas that need improvement. We’ll focus on the fundamentals, make any necessary adjustments to the students mechanics, and create a personalized practice plan based on your goals and experience!
Lesson 2-3We’ll build on the fundamentals introduced in the first lesson by reinforcing proper mechanics through drills and constant reps. I’ll explain why each movement matters, demonstrate correct technique, correct common mistakes, and help develop consistency and confidence!
Lesson 4-10By this point, players can expect to feel much more comfortable and confident with their skills. We’ll continue refining mechanics while introducing more advanced drills, game-like situations, and position-specific training. The focus will be on building consistency, improving decision-making, and developing strong practice habits that translate into games.
Lesson 11+Here is when training becomes fully personalized to YOUR individual goals. Whether you’re preparing for school tryouts, travel ball, pitching, hitting, fielding, or simply continuing to improve, each lesson will focus on advancing your skills through challenging drills, game scenarios, and ongoing feedback. We’ll continue tracking progress and making adjustments to help you reach your full potential!
