Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson will be getting to know your athlete and setting up a good plan. I will look at strengths and weaknesses. This will help develop the next few lessons!
Lesson 11+Becoming confident in your swing and identifying on your own what you are doing wrong if you are still making mistakes!
Lesson 4-10We will focus on your weaknesses or any concerns. You should see results during these times!
Lesson 2-3Come prepared! We will start off with drills on the said weaknesses and help fix the bad habit and start training you to be an amazing player!
Youth players
Working with kidsYounger ages are just developing there comfortable swing. I will work on helping them create good habits early on!
Working with teenagersWe will work on the current swing and help identify the weaknesses!
What you need to bringBats, helmet, glove, cleats or tennis shoes is fine. Anything you would use in the game!
