Former DII left-handed pitcher, outfielder, first basemen, slapper, and power hitter with experience coaching 16U–18U travel ball and providing private lessons. I focus on proper form, conditioning, and mental toughness to build strong, healthy, and confident players. With advanced knowledge of thoracic outlet syndrome, arm care, and recovery, I emphasize injury prevention and sustainable performance. My coaching also includes a classroom-style training in addition to physical lessons — learning pitch strategy (this matters in ALL positions), game awareness, and how to play to your strengths. I’m passionate about helping athletes of all ages reach their goals — on the field, in the classroom, and through the recruiting process.

> I needed some help after my rotator cuff surgery and Coach was super knowledgeable about my journey and listened to me along the way. Together we made a plan and adjusted it as needed depending on how I felt emotionally and physically. I was able to get back to a promising baseline before I went to my junior college. The only thing that sucked was our short time together as my arm only allowed 30 minute sessions and I wish she could have continued with me but our schedules couldn’t align when I was able to throw for the whole hour.

> Ahhh Coach Goose! She is super knowledgeable and loves to have fun while focusing on skills. Sadly I moved (military) shortly after starting lessons with her but I wish I could have brought her with me! She helped save my elbow when throwing movement pitches and focused on moving the ball and minimizing grip changes so all pitches looked the same coming out of my hand!
