1. **Introduction to Surfing
- Overview of Surfing Basics:Understand the ocean, tides, and how waves form.
- Safety Guidelines:Learn about surf etiquette, staying safe in the water, and recognizing hazards.
- Gear Familiarization:Get acquainted with surfboards, wetsuits, leashes, and how to choose the right equipment.

- **Entry and Paddling:** Learn how to safely enter the water, paddle correctly, and position yourself on the board.
- **Catching Small Waves:** Start with small, manageable waves. Focus on timing your pop-up as you feel the push from the wave.
- **Riding the Whitewater:** Practice riding the broken waves (whitewater) to build confidence and control.

- **Sample Sessions:** Schedule 3-4 sessions focused on skill-building, gradually increasing wave size and difficulty.
