Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe introduce ourselves and start with basics to see where we are.
Lesson 11+We will have days where we take it easy and days where we will be working or just legs or arms be ready to work.
Lesson 4-10I expect my student to be able to do warmups without having me to help and ready to begin with our training.
Lesson 2-3Start practicing from level 1 and slowly progress depending on the student. Then we'll go from there.
Youth players
Working with kidsI will teach them the very basic matinals they need and each class we will progressively add more. We will start very slowly and see how the student is before before continuing and I teach based off the student and what they can do.
Working with teenagersI will help each students to swim, practice and everything indo for our younger students. I work based off my students
