Your first lessonDepending on experience and comfortable level a beginner or intermediate would review basic water safety and swim skills but also receive some swim challenges and fun at the end of the lesson.

Lesson 11+Swimming with flow with me and continue to have ton of fun!!!
Lesson 4-10Improving on previous swim skills, and be able to learn the appropriate swim skills and water safety skills for their age and swim skills.

Lesson 2-3Continue to work on basic swim skills but also learning newer skills step by step.
