Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson is all about establishing an environment of trust between student and instructor as well as emphasizing safety around water. The first lesson will also primarily be an assessment of the student’s comfort level and skill set. From there, we will establish an individual plan for the student.
What you need to bringSwimsuit, googles, towel
What I can bringI will provide all equipment needed for assessment and beginner lessons. Additional equipment may be required for more advanced swimmers.
