Youth players
Working with kidsWhen coaching kids, the focus is on building a love for tennis while introducing fundamental skills in a fun and engaging way. Sessions are centered around games and activities that promote hand-eye coordination, balance, and basic stroke techniques. Simplified instructions and positive reinforcement are key to maintaining their enthusiasm and confidence. By incorporating creative drills and celebrating small achievements, young players stay motivated and develop a strong foundation for their tennis journey.

Working with teenagersWorking with teenagers involves balancing technical development with fostering independence and strategic thinking. At this stage, the focus shifts to refining technique, introducing advanced tactics, and improving match play skills. Coaches encourage teenagers to take ownership of their training by setting personal goals and analyzing their performance. Sessions emphasize consistency, mental resilience, and fitness to prepare them for competitive play while also providing guidance to manage challenges both on and off the court.
