Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson is an assesment and introduction to foundation.
Lesson 2-3Refining techinique. Groundstrokes, volleys and serves.
Lesson 4-10Continuation of the foundation and skills progression to incorporate match play.
Lesson 11+Strategic point structure during live play.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonAssess level I start every player with a clean assessment — athletic background, comfort level, and current stroke mechanics — so the plan I build actually fits the person in front of me, not a generic template. For newer players, we keep it simple and confidence-building: grips, stance, and swing fundamentals on forehand and backhand. For more advanced players, I’m looking at footwork patterns, shot tolerance, and tactical instincts from the first ball.
Lesson 2-3We reinforce fundamentals while introducing the serve and return in progressions. I bring in controlled rally drills to build timing, consistency, and footwork — always prioritizing correct form over raw power, with scoring and point play layered in gradually so the game’s flow starts to feel natural.
Lesson 4-10This is where the real technical work happens. I teach a modern, versatile game — think Federer-style touch and feel with a one-handed backhand, combined with the heavy, aggressive topspin you see from players like Alcaraz and Sinner. We refine groundstrokes and serves, introduce topspin and slice variations, and expand footwork for full-court coverage. Volleys, overheads, and approach shots come in here too, along with more structured point play and basic singles/doubles strategy. By the end of this phase, players should feel confident rallying, serving, and competing in a friendly match.
Lesson 11+We refine technique for power, spin, and accuracy while introducing more advanced tactics — constructing points, exploiting an opponent’s weaknesses, and positioning for doubles. Players build real match experience, sharpen mental focus, and develop consistency under pressure. At this stage, training becomes tailored to personal goals, whether that’s recreational play, competitive leagues, or tournament preparation.

Youth players
Working with kidsAbsolutely. I love introducing young players to the game the right way — building real fundamentals early, keeping lessons fun and confidence-building, and instilling habits that make tennis a lifelong sport rather than a phase.

Working with teenagersYes, and this is where I do some of my most rewarding work. Teens are ready for real technical and tactical development — I bring the same modern, high-level approach I use with adult competitive players (Federer-style feel, Alcaraz/Sinner-style topspin) and tailor it to where they are, whether that’s building a foundation for high school tennis or preparing for tournament play.

What you need to bringTennis racquets if available, and comfortable tennis shoes

What I can bring1. Tennis racquets. 2. Ball hopper. 3. Medicine balls, resistance bands, ladder for footwork training.
