Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will first focus on the fundamentals of tennis. From scoring to basic strokes. You will get familiar with different terms and techniques.
Lesson 11+We will have game-like rally’s to get you use to playing in a faster environment. We’ll work on strategies to build your confidence during a match and prepare you to play competitively.
Lesson 4-10We will now focus on positioning your ball in different areas on the court while continuing to better your stroke mechanics. We will also practice short volleys and overheads at the net.
Lesson 2-3Focus on forehand and backhand consistency. Also work on getting your serve consistently in. We will also look at court positioning to help better your game.
