I am a passionate tennis enthusiast with over 30 years of experience playing and competing at various levels. I started more competitive playing in high school, fell in love for the competitiveness, then joined USTA to compete a bit more. Tennis has been a constant part of my life, and I have experienced firsthand the dedication it takes to grow in this amazing sports. I bring my energy and love for Tennis into coaching. My goal is to inspire motivate players of all ages and skill levels to reach their full potential. I believe every lesson should leave you improved and excited to practice more. Whether you are a beginner eager to learn the basics or an event player refining your technique, I’m here to guide you with actionable feedback and tailored approach. I am more than just a ball feeding machine ;) I know how to bring energy and focus to everything I do. Think of me as your tennis coach “and” your motivational partner on the court. Beginner training plan

Your first lessonWe will start with the fundamentals - grip, stance, and the basic footwork. You’ll learn how to properly hold a racket for different strokes and focus on consistent contact with the ball. By the end of the lesson, you will have a clear understanding of the game’s basics, and few drills to practice at home.

Lesson 11+Focus and refining your skills - will do advanced drills to help with shot placement, court coverage and endurance. You will also learn situational strategies to prepare you for recreational matches or local tournaments.

Lesson 4-10Improving consistency and confidence - you’ll develop your forehand and backhand strokes, serve technique, and net play. We’ll introduce basic match strategies and scoring systems. By less than 10, you’ll be ready to play a game and enjoy casual matches.

Lesson 2-3Building on the foundation - we’ll introduce rallying with a partner and basic serves. You’ll practice returning the ball consistently and begin to explore the concepts of top spin and slice. We’ll also work on footwork drills to enhance your movement and positioning on the court.

Youth players

Working with kidsWith younger players, I focus on making tennis fun and engaging. Will use age-appropriate equipment and games to teach basic coordination, grip and ball control. Lessons will emphasize positive reinforcement and creating a love for support. Expect lots of laughter and high-fives!

Working with teenagersTeenager players will benefit from a mix of technical instruction and competitive play. We will focus on developing proper technique, consistency, and match strategies while building their confidence. Each session will include challenging drills and practice matches to improve their skill and prepare them for school teams or local tournaments.
