Daniel is awesome!! Such a kind and patient coach, he’s not only great at training for the sport but also exemplifies so many good traits that a coach should be- patient, kind, polite and very respectful. I enjoyed my lesson as he patiently gave me some great tips to make learning simpler.

Daniel has help me a lot since I started he has been training me for a few months now and because of him I’m at a level now where I can play on a men’s league he is a great coach I really recommend him for any beginners/intermediate players

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn my first lesson I like to evaluate my student/students capabilities so I’ll start off doing some forehand and backhand drills to start off then from there I’ll evaluate the volleys and overheads then we will end off with some serves
Lesson 2-3In the second and third lessons I would dive Deeper into technique and different drills depending on level if a high enough level we can rally and play some points then we would end off both lessons with serves
