Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI start off with working on the basics such as how to swing the racket over your shoulder.
Lesson 11+Being able to hit the ball consistently from the baseline.
Lesson 4-10Being able to hit the ball somewhat consistent at the service line.
Lesson 2-3Being able to swing the ball cleanly over your shoulder forehand and backhand.
Youth players
Working with kidsI make the kids enjoy the time and have fun playing while also focusing on there technique and improving there game.
Working with teenagersI work them hard and I also competitively play against them so they can improve and have some fun.
What you need to bringStudents should bring water and a racket if they have one.
What I can bringI provide tennis balls and a racket if needed.
