Beginner training plan
Your first lessonTypically, with a beginner I start with the basics such as proper grip, proper swing mechanics, and a basic variety of different shots.
Lesson 2-3Second and third lessons we will introduce the serve and work on a proper toss. As well as volleys and overheads.
Lesson 4-104th-10th lessons we will continue to improve on basic shots and serve as well as look at the little details that can improve to make each shot better and more consistent.
Lesson 11+11+ lessons we will begin to tie all the shots together doing various drills that will require every type of shot. We will look to improve consistency and address any flaws in the swing that might be affecting the results we are looking for.
What you need to bringIf you have your own racquet bring it also water, hat, and sneakers.
What I can bringI have kids racquet as well as adult racquet available for use during my lessons.
