Your first lessonThe first goal of this game is to hit the balls over the net, so I will make sure that the beginner can do that and then I will spend more time on the technique
Lesson 2-3The beginner can expect being able to hit forehand and backhand with a good technique
Lesson 4-10He can expect being able to have a good tracking of the balls, being able to move on the right way to get to the balls and having some good rallies
Lesson 11+Having a lot of fun and being able to play with some friends and others
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI can hit with you and see you weakness and we work on all those, but first you should tell me your goal and what you want to work on
Lesson 2-3You can expect a few changes on your strokes. And you will really have fun
Lesson 4-10Big change in your game and good quality of rally
Lesson 11+Good game strategy, good anticipation and have really fun

Working with kidsI do work with a kids, I will make sure that all the basics are set for a good game quality for the future
