As a current Division 3 tennis player at Farmingdale State College, which recently won the Skyline conference and made the first round at Nationals, I am passionate about teaching new players and helping them develop their skills to become their best.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will work on learning the basics for forehands, backhands, volleys and serves.
Lesson 11+ We will play tiebreakers, matches and keep longer rallies. We will learn about match making decisions.
Lesson 4-10We will work on control and shot placement as well as different shot selection.
Lesson 2-3We will work on form, consistency and movement drills.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonPractice forehand, backhand, serve and volleys.
Lesson 11+Play tiebreakers and sets. Learn about where to place certain shots when playing a match.
Lesson 4-10Work on quick footwork and reaction drills. Work on hitting balls with depth, spin and control.
Lesson 2-3Use training cones to work on shot placement.
Youth players
Working with kidsUse training balls and do fun exercises to get your kids moving.
Working with teenagersConstant encouragement and teaching basic fundamentals and basics. Learn match strategies to win in high school, college and tournaments.
