I am set to play Division 3 tennis at Farmingdale State College, which recently won Nationals for their conference. I am passionate about teaching new players and helping them develop their skills to become their best.

Coach really pushed me hard to work on the things I needed to improve on. After 3 lessons I didn’t think I could get any better but coach Jake always had plans for ways I could improve.

Your first lessonWe will work on learning the basics for forehands, backhands, volleys and serves.
Lesson 11+ We will play tiebreakers, matches and keep longer rallies. We will learn about different shot selection and placement during a match.
Lesson 4-10We will work on control and shot placement as well as different shot selection.
Lesson 2-3We will work on form, consistency and movement drills.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonPractice forehand, backhand, serve and volleys.
Lesson 11+Play tiebreakers and sets. Learn about where to place certain shots when playing a match.
Lesson 4-10Work on quick footwork and reaction drills. Work on hitting balls with depth, spin and control.
Lesson 2-3Use training cones to work on shot placement.
Youth players
Working with kidsUse training balls and do fun exercises to get your kids moving.
Working with teenagersConstant encouragement and teaching basic fundamentals and basics. Learn match strategies to win in high school, college and tournaments.
