I started playing tennis with a racket that was at least 20 years old. Raised by a single mother who couldn’t afford to send me to an academy or pay for private lessons, I grew up training in group sessions. Despite the challenges, I fell in love with tennis and dedicated myself to the sport. Six years later, I became the No. 1 player in Turkmenistan for the 18-and-under category. As a member of the national team, I traveled across Asia, competing in tournaments and representing my country. Tennis has truly been a life-changing sport for me. It not only shaped my physical strength but also improved my mental resilience. It’s a sport that teaches discipline, focus, and persistent —qualities that last a lifetime. Now, I’m here to share everything I’ve learned with you and help you unlock your full potential on the court. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to take your game to the next level, I can guide you every step of the way.

It was my first time playing tennis and it happened to be with Jennet. I didn’t expect to see the results after 2-3 sessions already. She’ll make you believe in yourself 😍

Youth players
Working with kidsWhen teaching kids tennis, I focus on making lessons fun and engaging. I keep instructions simple and clear, focusing on one concept at a time. I rotate activities often to maintain attention and encourage teamwork through group drills. I prioritize basic skills like footwork, grip, and simple rallies while keeping the atmosphere supportive and motivating. I emphasize fun over results and celebrate effort to build confidence and enjoyment in the sport.

Working with teenagersWhen coaching teenagers, I focus on building trust and keeping them engaged. We set goals together and use fun, challenging drills that relate to real matches. I give positive feedback, encourage effort, and help them take responsibility for their progress. Also including fitness exercises and varying activities helps keep things interesting. Keeping the atmosphere supportive, fun, and motivating is very important when working with teenagers.

What you need to bringA racket, tennis shoes and essentials for hydration
