Your first lessonWe play a few minutes and immediately I will have a plan to help your game and make you have fun
Lesson 11+You will be playing, running, playing points, coming to the net, playing strategies.
Lesson 4-10I've got a Serve and Return Certification with Oke Rodriguez, and we will be applying many concepts. I will help you to find your best serve motion.
Volley training, slice. Approach, change direction
Lesson 2-3All live drills, we play all the time, backhand and forehand. I have a great method for beginners. I'm very technique oriented but always playing and having fun.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe rally from the beginning.
Warm up, alive ball, forehand and backhand. Cross court, down the line.
Drills patterns. Volley. Serves. Points situation
Lesson 11+Points, sets, matches.
Lesson 4-10Technique work, live ball. Court position, movement.
Lesson 2-3Repeating, focus on drills to fix technique. Point situations. Strategies, defensive game, attacking game.
Youth players
