Beginner training plan

Your first lessonAsk them what’s their goal when it comes to tennis. And to have fun.

Lesson 11+Expect to have fun while doing what they’ve learned.

Lesson 4-10Expect to learn the groundstroke, positioning, eye contact and more in depth of footwork.

Lesson 2-3Expect to learn how to warm up their body before playing and how footwork are important.

Advanced training plan

Your first lessonFoot work, foot work and foot work. To see their agility when getting to the ball.

Lesson 11+Connecting all their knowledge on tennis and refining it .

Lesson 4-10Knowing how to play the ball. Having a strategy when it comes to matches. To be smart with plays. Less work is more with proper technique.

Lesson 2-3Focusing on foot work, body movements for aiming where you want the ball at, aim for serving, volleys, etc.

Youth players

Working with kidsFor them to learn how to have fun when it comes to tennis.

Working with teenagersFocusing on right forms and breaking a bad habit they’ve learned on their early stages of tennis.

What you need to bringStudents will need to have proper shoe attire to make sure injuries will be avoided, their own racket (I have extra they can use) and a big energy to learn tennis.

What I can bringI have a tennis ball basket, extra rackets, full set of balls to use, etc.
