Your first lesson- Focus on basics: grip, stance, and simple forehand and backhand swings.
- Introduce court layout and basic rules.
- Keep it fun and low pressure to build confidence.
Lesson 2-3- Work on consistency with forehand and backhand groundstrokes.
- Introduce basic footwork drills and simple ball toss/rally exercises.
- Start teaching proper ready position and movement.
Lesson 4-10- Add volleys and serve basics, focusing on technique.
