Your first lessonHolding the racket comfortably and hitting to keep the ball in. Review how to hold the racket depending on the situation and how to move and rotate the body.
What you need to bringTennis shoes and an outfit that you are comfortable running and hitting in. Don't forget a water bottle to stay hydrated.
