Beginner training plan

Your first lessonFirst we will go over basic fundamentals of tennis, verbiage, and rules. We will also go over grip, footwork, and basic strokes.

Lesson 11+We will begin to apply these skills and knowledge into in game scenarios

Lesson 4-10We will improve accuracy, control, and work on strategy and IQ of the game

Lesson 2-3We will continue to improve forehand and backhand and do basic drills to strengthen this. We will go over serves and volleys as well.

Youth players

Working with kidsWhen teaching kids, I adapt my lessons to be more fun and engaging. By playing fun games, they will learn to find a love for the sport, while learning basic fundamentals.

Working with teenagersWhen teaching teenagers, I incorporate IQ and strategy into the game as well as reinforcing fundamentals and skills
