I’ve been playing tennis for over 26 years, training for 13 years at the prestigious Brookhaven Country Club, which has produced several top professionals. As a top junior in Texas, I won the NCAA championship with Emory University in 2012 and currently play at a 5.0 USTA level, recently improving to 5.5. With 14 years of coaching experience, I’ve trained athletes of all levels, including a current WTA player who reached the 3rd round of the 2024 US Open. I hold a neuroscience degree and a post-graduate degree in Data Science, allowing me to combine scientific methodologies with my extensive experience to enhance every aspect of my students' games. My 15-yr old daughter took lessons with Manik for a month this summer. Through their lessons, Manik showed that he cared not only about her tennis skills but also her overall health and fitness. She’s usually very quiet and shy, but it was rewarding for me as a parent to see her looking forward to a lesson and coming home so energized and happy. I highly recommend Manik as a tennis instructor, no matter what level you’re at. We will look him up again next time.

It was a pleasure to take lessons from Manik. His knowledge of tennis is extensive and his lessons have substance and depth. He was able to quickly determine areas I needed to improve and developed a plan to address the weaknesses. Manik has many years of experience as a coach and tennis player. His methodology of teaching is very effective since he focuses on breaking down the groundstrokes in different steps so the players can better understand the biomechanics involved in tennis.
