In the first lesson, I focus on helping the player feel comfortable, confident, and excited to learn. We cover basic grip, footwork, and the foundation of key strokes like forehand and backhand. I’ll also assess coordination, athleticism, and mindset so I can tailor future lessons to their pace and learning style.

Ideally by now, we begin rallying skills, and serve technique. Learning volleys and feeling comfortable coming into the net.
We build consistency in contact. Players start learning how to control depth, direction, and swing shape. These lessons also include technique and footwork patterns to improve balance and readiness.
With advanced players, I begin by assessing strengths, weaknesses, and current playing identity. We hit all major strokes to evaluate consistency, decision-making, and mental habits. From there, I create a custom roadmap to elevate their game.

Here, we sharpen execution and build tactical depth. Sessions emphasize high-intensity rallying, situational serving, return patterns, and exposing opponent weaknesses. We simulate match conditions to improve performance under pressure and refine match-day readiness.
We dive into advanced technique and tactical execution. Sessions include movement-based live drills, decision training, and point construction under game-like scenarios. We also address mental performance: routines, focus, and competitive mindset.
