Beginner training plan
Your first lessonHow to have a perfect technique forehand and backhand.
Lesson 11+Making sure technique is perfect and having consistent baseline rallies.
Lesson 4-10Forehands, backhands, volleys, and serves.
Lesson 2-3Continue working on technique with forehands and backhands. We will add in volleys as well.
Youth players
Working with kidsI want to teach kids how to love tennis! So I will help them learn how to hit the ball, but also how to have fun
Working with teenagersWhether they want to learn for fun, or want to join a school team I’ll teach you how to hit perfect strokes, strategic game play, but all while enjoying playing :)
What you need to bringIf you have your own racket, bring that with you :) and some water!
