I personally trained alongside Coach Polina in spain for almost 2 years and saw her earn great achievements. She has a great personality and approach towards coaching young to older players. She also has an in depth understanding of the game physically and Mentally. But the best trait about her is that she makes trainings fun and enjoyable effortlessly. I doubt you'll dislike her

Your first lessonFun and open conversation during practice, define the goals
Making drills or playing exercises for each shot to see the weak and strong sides.
If there are enough time left, starting working on main mistakes
Lesson 11+Focusing on points, tactical mistakes, correcting the initial goal if needed
Lesson 4-10Seeing improvements, and working on small details that are crucial for the progress. More difficult exercises depending on the level.
