Ever since I was a little kid, I have had an absolute love for tennis. It has helped me grow and mature throughout my life, teaching me valuable skills about sportsmanship, dedication, and perseverance. I would be grateful to have an opportunity to share my abilities to players of all ages and skill levels. I have taught tennis for the past 5 years, ranging from complete beginners to experienced high school level players. My coaching formats have varied from private one-on-one lessons to group classes and youth camps. I want to work together to enhance and improve your skills while being able to create a fun and supportive environment!

Beginner training plan

Your first lessonFor the first lesson, I would like to introduce myself and to get a better understanding of what kind of level you may play at.

Lesson 11+The remaining lessons can be focused on whatever the player may need. Come to the lesson with questions or ideas on what you would like to work on and we will work on that particular skill.

Lesson 4-10The fourth through tenth lesson can shift towards an overall focus on different aspects of a player’s game such as volleys, serves, and footwork.

Lesson 2-3The second and third lesson will be focusing on basics and fundamentals such as the proper steps to hit ground strokes.

Advanced training plan

Your first lessonI will assess your current skill level, then revisit and perfect your fundamental skills as needed. We’ll conduct a thorough assessment of your current play to tailor the lessons to your specific needs.

Lesson 11+We will delve into advanced strategies for both singles and doubles, focusing on positioning, shot placement, and opponent analysis.

Lesson 4-10We will focus more on shot selection and situational hitting. We will simulate what it would be like to play in a match to focus on any circumstance you might struggle with.

Lesson 2-3We’ll focus on more specific skills such as top spin serves, drop shots, and aggressive volleys.

Youth players

Working with kidsI have a strong familiarity with working with kids of all ages and all skill levels. I will do my best to communicate and incorporate unique techniques tailored to each person’s skill level.

Working with teenagersI want my lessons to be about what the teenager believes they can improve on and there will be a more emphasis on specific skills such as working on the second serve and backhand slices.
