I’ve had about 8 sessions with Savriyan and it’s been awesome. I really enjoy hitting with someone at a high level—it pushes me to improve every time. He gives great feedback, keeps things competitive but fun, and the atmosphere is always super motivating. Definitely helped me take my game up a notch.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIntroduce grips and ready position. Teach forehand swing step-by-step with hand-fed balls. Use mini court rally to build timing and confidence. End with a fun coordination drill like bounce-hit-catch.
Lesson 4-10Introduce serve basics with simple motion. Practice full-court forehand/backhand drills. Add rally games, movement drills, and simple point play. Build consistency and match understanding.
Lesson 2-3Review forehand and introduce backhand technique. Add simple footwork patterns. Practice volleys close to the net. Start short forehand-backhand rallies. Keep it fun and encouraging.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonAssess level through hitting and point play. Focus on timing, consistency, and footwork. Introduce competitive drills to evaluate strengths and areas to develop.
Lesson 4-10Focus on tactics: constructing points, exploiting weaknesses, and setting up weapons. Practice serve + 1, return games, and situational play. Begin mental training—focus routines, breathing, and mindset.
Lesson 2-3Refine technique under pressure. Use rally-based drills with targets. Start working on shot patterns, transitions to the net, and developing a personal game identity.
Youth players
Working with kidsI focus on creating a fun and energetic environment through games and simple instructions. I use visuals, repetition, and praise to build coordination, basic technique, and love for the game. Every lesson is playful but with clear goals.
Working with teenagersWith teens, I balance skill development with motivation and mental focus. I adapt drills to their goals—whether it’s learning fundamentals or preparing for matches. I keep the sessions structured, encouraging, and always age-appropriate.
