Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst we’ll learn the basic of tennis, including understanding the rules, scoring and essential equipment. We will go over the fundamental skills like grip, stance, and basic strokes to get you started with confidence
Lesson 2-3Next we’ll build and refine your forehand and backhand strokes. Also practicing how to serve and volley. I will also go over the basics of footwork and basic court positioning to enhance your play.
Lesson 4-10Next we will focus on shot accuracy and control of your shots. We will work on rally techniques and introduce basic in-game strategy to help build you into the player you want to be!
Lesson 11+Finally we will apply the skills you learn into real game scenarios focusing evey point on what to improve.. I will also introduce topspin, slice, and approach shots to take you to the next level
Youth players
Working with kidsI work with small groups upwards to 8 students at a time since I was 14 years old.
The biggest things I change are how I approach my practices. I love to play games with them that I have created. For me it’s about introducing the kids to something new and exciting. I am very patient with younger kids and I do not try to overwhelm them. While also teaching them the basics of tennis.
