Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIntroducing basic tennis equipment and the environment. Teaching the ready position and basic grip.
Hit your first balls over the net using the techniques taught. Discuss your goals and learning style.
Lesson 11+Focus on refining what we learned while adding spin,improving placement,developing more advanced foot work and introducing strategy.
Lesson 4-10Introduction of the serve and the volley. Improving your ground strokes from further back.
Lesson 2-3Establishing the foundations of your forehand and the two handed backhand along with the essential footwork. Leading up to a short rally.
