Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI'm usually focusing on the grips needed on each stroke and them making contact with the ball correctly
Lesson 11+To continue to get better and eventually compete in future events. Maybe joining a team that could use that skill level of play at that time.
Lesson 4-10More complicated drills that may require extra footwork and timing to accelerate their gameplay.
Lesson 2-3To see a little progress on every stroke we are working on
Youth players
Working with kidsI have a 4 year old son that I'm working with and he is coming along pretty good. Have to make the lesson fun and enjoyable to keep his attention on the court
Working with teenagersTeenagers are pretty easy to work with. It's just the matter of keeping them working on their game outside the lessons given.
What you need to bringJust need to bring a raquet but I do keep spare raquets available just in case.
What I can bringI gave extra raquets and I use my own hopper of balls to teach with

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
