Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe are going to learn the basics strokes, grip, scoring in tennis. You will be able to rally already at the end of the session.
Lesson 11+Staying consistent and keep improving is very important. After learning the fundamentals of the game, the most fun part comes in and we start working on different drills mastering new elements and tactics to succeed in playing tennis.
Lesson 4-10My main goal is to get my students to play real matches. We will play a lot at this point mastering the skills of serves and volleys starting to learn how to build on court strategies.
Lesson 2-3With the progression we will learn how to adapt to the shots coming with different pace and speed, a lot of footwork and coordination as well.
