What you need to bringYou will need your own violin, bow, shoulder rest, case, rosin, and other standard parts of a violin set up. I’m more than happy to help through this process! For normal lessons, you’ll need your violin and set up, music books (if applicable which we’ll discuss), and a pencil. Comfortable clothes which you can move your arms easily in, clipped fingernails, and hair out of your face are also important.
What I can bringI can provide recommendations and guidance in purchasing or renting a violin set up, which you will need to purchase on your own, and I will provide or recommend music books depending on your interests, level, and goals.
