My journey as a violinist began over two decades ago, and sharing that passion with students is incredibly fulfilling. I cultivate a supportive learning environment where each student can hone their musicality and technical skills with joy and confidence. While pursuing an active international performance career as a soloist, orchestra leader, chamber musician and a recording artist with two solo CD albums released and sold worldwide, I have also been able to maintain a twenty years long and successful history of teaching students of various ages, abilities and goals. The diversity and wide geography of my professional training have enriched both my performance style and my teaching approach and methods.

Tatiana teaches 2 of my children (ages 7 and 4), and is doing a terrific job. She has forged a strong personal connection with each of them (especially impressive since my younger one began lessons with her virtually, during the pandemic!), which is so important for the teacher-student relationship. And she knows exactly when to introduce new skills for my children to learn, and when to encourage them to step back and enjoy using what they've already learned. I was a serious violinist myself as a child, and am delighted at my children's progress and, perhaps more important, their increasing love of music under Tatiana's tutelage. Big thumbs up from our family!

Ms. Tatiana took time to learn about my sons (11 y/o) interest in music (e.g., genre), and what he hopes to achieve. She incorporated these into the lesson plan, tailored to his level and interest. She was prompt, professional, respectful and communicated well with my son. My son really enjoys learning from Tatiana and especially the choice of pieces that he was asked to practice/play. It was the right level of challenge to push my son to improve his skills and she was also great at pointing out areas where he could improve etc. strongly recommend Ms. Tatiana.
