Beginner training plan
Your first trainingI will give a brief introduction about my experience with coaching and playing volleyball. I will request a tryout from each student to determine what area they can be best and which one needs work to improve. ( every training session a stretching is required)
Training 2-3Stretching, 20 volleys , 20 pumps, 20 spikes, jumping technique for blocking and spiking.
Some quick drills in moving to get the ball to the setters…..
Training 4-10By 4th session each student is determined for the strong position in court . Practicing all basics plays and as we go the practice will get intensive with more playing rotations and advanced techniques.
Training 11+Will step up practice to a competitive levels.
