Your first trainingI approach the first lesson by teaching the rules of volleyball first
Training 2-3 Secondly, I focus on the fundamentals of volleyball, including passing, serving, and setting.
Training 4-10Thirdly, the athlete has to build strength and agility. Prioritize movement and positioning while on the volleyball court.
Training 11+Embracing the learning process is key. It may seem tough at first, but with practice and patience, you'll master it and love the journey.
Advanced training plan
Your first trainingEveryone must understand the basics of how volleyball is set up and played. I will teach the fundamentals elements of the sport including volleyball court dimensions, basic volleyball rules, rotate around the court, different volleyball positions, and some basic volleyball terms.
Training 2-3Volleyball conditioning, passing and serving drills.
Training 4-10Volleyball conditioning, movement and digging.

Working with kidsTo make volleyball lessons more effective for children, I focus on simplifying the rules and using modified equipment, such as lower nets and lighter, softer balls. It is important to keep drills fast-paced and game-like to maintain high energy levels. The main goals are to maximize the number of times each child touches the ball and to ensure they experience early success, which helps keep them engaged and motivated
Working with teenagersI will create lesson plans for teenagers that focus on game-like drills to teach the five core skills of volleyball: hitting, setting, serving, forearm passing, and blocking
What you need to bringThe student will need to bring knee pads, ankle waist(depends on the age), dump bells and volleyball resistance bands.
What I can bringI will provide volleyball and net. I only have an outside volleyball net.

Crosby: When Julia and I first started volleyball with McCue a couple years ago we had never played and had no idea how to actually do any of the moves. Now, we are decent and it is probably mostly due to Coach Chantelleā€™s great teaching. She always knows what to tell you when you mess up or are in your feelings. She always helps you individually until you understand what you messed up. I think overall she is a really good coach and person.

Khiley Graves 5 star Coach Chantelle was extremely patient and encouraging in teaching Khiley the basics in Volleyball. Her step by step breakdown of the fundamentals made learning fun and took the frustration out of it as a beginner. After every group practice she would spend an additional 15 to 20 mins teaching Khiley one on one how to improve her skills. She is a great person and an excellent coach!!
