Beginner training plan
Your first lessonPhysical conditioning and basic principles and movements of volleyball
Lesson 11+The athlete will master all the basic movements of volleyball and will be able to play games without problems.
Lesson 4-10Greater strength and endurance, the athlete will be able to play a volleyball game at a beginner level
Lesson 2-3physical conditioning and better coordination in the athlete's movements
Youth players
Working with kidsDepending on the age, strength, and endurance, the practices for the children will be carried out. I have special balls for children; these balls are of a special weight for this group of athletes.
Working with teenagersThe training will be tailored to the needs of each athlete, stronger but taking into account the needs of each athlete.

What I can bringIt depends on the location, but I always have equipment for physical work and jumping, and volleyballs.
