Coach Lauren always brought such good energy to practices and was great in helping our team chemistry. She helped me on my offensive skills and plays, and had fun lesson plans for us to follow. Five stars, Coach Lauren!

Having Lauren as an assistant coach for our volleyball team was the best. She’s funny and energetic, and she always knows what advice to give you to better your skills on the court. She taught about focus and confidence, as well as how to be smart with the plays you make against the other team. Overall, she’s a great coach.
