Beginner training plan
Your first trainingI would begin with the basics as far as positioning of arms, side to side movements, diving, bow and arrow technique, how to hit the ball, serving.
Training 2-3We would build on those same skills, and if comfortable introduce some live play as well as some quicker pace functional drills.
Training 4-10There would be a rise difficulty of the balls they are digging, the type of serves I would be introducing, and the all-around play aspect would be honed it.
Training 11+To be challenged at what they are comfortable at, and what they are not in order to build confidence in their skills. We would target what was most important for them and slowly work up to the lesser needed skills. It would all be a plan worked out with the client and parent if needed.

What you need to bringVolleyball shoes Volleyball clothes (spandex/shorts, sports bra, t-shirt/tanktop, athletic socks). Water bottle Sweat towel if needed

What I can bringFacilities should have volleyballs and carts available as well as nets set up for us.

About your volleyball coach

I have six years of extensive volleyball coaching experience through my university’s camps, working with athletes ages 4–18 for months at a time. I work well with all personality types and adapt my coaching style to each athlete’s individual needs. My approach is fun, positive, and patient while still challenging athletes to improve and achieve results. I strive to create an uplifting environment where athletes feel supported, confident, and motivated to grow.

She is my sister yes but she helped me so much with my volleyball career. She helped me with recruiting process and what emails should look like. What I should say on phone calls with college coaches and just my overall game. She’s the best of the best
