I started training with Rifka about 1 year back. It was my first experience with professional Yoga coach and I must say she changed my perspective towards yoga and what it can do to your body and mind. Rifka is excellent when it comes to customising your workouts , she designs my program based on my fitness goals and my weaker areas. I feel lot of flexible and able to do posture which I could only imagine earlier. Best part of training with Rifka is her trust in you, she believes you and your abilities more than you know, it almost like she knows what your body & mind is capable of, she pushes you to excel every day. I get pleasantly surprise after every class that I actually did it. It been a enriching journey with Rifka so far, I have gained confidence and I feel happier. I look forward to being ultra fit with her coaching and explore my limits. I am super proud of her on what she has achieved in such a small age and fact that she is helping so many to make their life better (including my own family member). Thank Rifka, I really respect you. Lots of love.

I am training with Rifka since 1 year, she is an amazing coach. I was not fan of yoga before (this is my 3rd attempt to learn yoga professionally), mainly because I did not find it challenging. But Rifka totally changed my perception towards yoga. She designed a program which challenges me to give my best in every session. Rifka understands my fitness goals and designed a program that is working well for me. I can see significant improvement in my mobility and flexibility in just one month. I look forward to our sessions. Being able to do a pose which seems impossible in the beginning is every encouraging. It’s because of Rifka I now understand yoga is not just a form of exercise but a lifestyle. A lifestyle which I am going to adopt forever. More power to Rifka for bringing such positive change in people’s lives. Lots of love Coach!

Hey Rifka!!
I have been practicing yoga with you from past two months. And I have seen some tremendous changes in myself. I just love the way you teach! Doing yoga with you is not just about performing asanas but even learning how it needs to done, the variations that can be made, and every other detail. I remember that when I joined your classes, I was not able to hold on to mountain position and now I can do planks, push ups! Thank you so much for your time and efforts. I am glad of this pandemic that it made me realise that I can take up online classes, or else I wouldn't have ever found you. Waiting for the day to see you in person and practice along with you!! ❤

Rifka is a fantastic teacher, and also a genuinely lovely person (which I feel is important when you’re listening to someone talk at you for an hour or more). Her directions are clear and precise so you’re not looking up to check you’re doing the right thing, and she’s very observant, constantly checking you’re positioning. Her classes are truly for all levels, and although you’ve worked hard you’ll somehow come out relaxed.
