Bio: I am a dedicated racquet sports enthusiast, with a special passion for pickleball. As a PPR certified coach and participant in PPA tournaments, I bring both expertise and competitive experience to the court. Every Sunday, I compete in mini tournaments with a prominent pickleball group in the Twin Cities, achieving multiple victories. With a commitment to teaching players of all skill levels, I aim to share my love for the game and foster growth in the pickleball community.
Bio: I grew up playing tennis and ping pong, but my world changed in 2020 when I discovered pickleball. Instantly captivated, I became a PPR Pickleball Certified Coach and delved into tournaments across Minnesota. What I cherish most about pickleball is its ability to unite people of all ages, fostering exercise, enjoyment, and social connections. Engaging with the community, meeting new players, and sharing insights on technique and strategy are my passions. Whether you're a beginner or looking to enhance your game, I offer private and group lessons to elevate your skills on the court.
Bio: Hi, I’m Saraa! I’ve been hooked on pickleball since 2021, and I play competitively at the 4.0–4.5 level (soon to be 4.5–5.0!). My true passion, though, is coaching adult beginners and helping people fall in love with this amazing sport.
My coaching style is all about keeping things fun while building real skills and strategy. I believe in learning by playing, cheering each other on, and letting passion lead the way. Whether your goal is to keep up with friends, join a league, or just enjoy a new hobby, I’ll meet you where you’re at and help you grow from there.
One of my favorite things about pickleball is how welcoming it is—anyone can jump in and play, no matter their athletic background. Yet at the same time, there’s always room to improve and challenge yourself. Plus, the community is second to none—you’ll leave the court with new friends and a big smile.
My go-to shot is the two-handed backhand drive (the “twoie”), and right now I’m working on nailing my backhand roll. Fun fact: I grew up in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho—home of Selkirk Sport—so I’ll always be a Selkirk girl at heart!
