Hi, I’m Allison, a current Division 1 women’s basketball player at Loyola Marymount University (LMU). With experience competing at the highest collegiate level, as well as years of club and high school, I’m passionate about helping young athletes develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game. My training focuses on fundamentals, game IQ, and advanced techniques to prepare kids for success on and off the court.

I’m New Williams, a professional basketball player and elite level trainer. I have played in the NBA G League and just recently worked out with the Los Angeles Lakers. I’ve played internationally for the last 4 years and averaged 25 a game last season in high level Turkey, but what I’m most passionate about is helping the next generation level up. My training is built on real game experience, pro-level detail, and a commitment to getting results.
