With over a decade of playing experience, including starting at point guard as a varsity freshman and the versatility to play all five positions on the floor, Coach Lu transitioned into coaching with a belief that every player—regardless of starting skill level—can improve dramatically with the right instruction, repetition, and mindset. Coach Lu's training philosophy centers on three pillars: fundamentals first, individualized development, and building confidence alongside skill. Sessions blend proven skill-building progressions—ball-handling, shooting mechanics, footwork, and basketball IQ—with situational drills that prepare players for real game speed and decision-making.
