I am Coach Lonnie Hill and I have been in the boxing game since age 9, stacking up a 12-2 amateur record, winning Golden Gloves, Florida Golden Gloves, and the Florida National Tournament. He capped it off with a professional fight, ending in a 4th-round knockout victory. For the last 10 years, he’s been training both adolescents and adults in the technical skills and fundamentals of boxing.
