Bio: I’ve spent over 10 years training in catch wrestling with the Old School Grappling Catch Wrestling Association and hold a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under the Combat Base Club. My style blends the pressure and control of old-school grappling with the technical precision of modern Jiu-Jitsu. To support my performance and longevity on the mats, I’ve also integrated the Bulletproof for BJJ fitness program, which has helped me apply functional strength and mobility into my training.
