Chris Corders, a former college football Wide Receiver at NC State, boasts an impressive athletic background with accolades such as Freshman All-American in 1987 and All-American Honorable Mention in 1989. Despite facing setbacks from two major knee injuries that ended his professional prospects, Chris transitioned into coaching and training athletes. With over 25 years of experience as a high school football coach and certifications as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Exercise Therapist, Chris offers expert sports-specific training.
